Meet DR Jodie Benton
Director and principal consulting archaeologist
Dr Jodie Benton is both director and principal consulting archaeologist of OzArk Environment & Heritage. She has over 30 years experience, having spent many years managing archaeological projects abroad and in Australia, as well as lecturing at the University of Sydney. Jodie’s most recent work has been primarily development driven environmental impact assessment in NSW.
Supporting Jodie is a highly professional team of archaeologists and ecologists, who provide a robust approach to heritage and ecological assessments. The team are all degree qualified as a minimum, and have knowledge of different environments across Australia. We have Biodiversity Assessment Methodology (BAM) accredited and trained ecologists with the skills and knowledge required to understand and implement the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
